    What is your take on sight reading memorization?

    When it comes to sight reading, I can completely understand how exhausting memorization can be for my students. This is why it is imperitive to accomidate each student's learning style.....

    If you notice that a student happens to be more kinesthetic, you could always bring it back to basics. "If this is middle C on the piano, where would middle C be on the grand staff? What makes middle C different from all other notes?"
